I have no words. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure my puppy got transported in an insanely short time period, I received almost hourly updates about their trip, and my puppy was walked, fed, given snacks, and in such a good mood during and after the trip, which is the most important thing for me. Also, my puppy is actually a 9 year old husky who doesn't like to be in a car for too long, so I was over the moon that it went so well!

Perfect. Couldn't have ask any more. Kept me updated. Sent me pictures through out the trip. Very nice. Thank you very positive

Transporting our three cats was a big deal for us; we love them and we were anxious they would be safe and arrive at our new home with the least stress possible. Positive experience! We had a great experience with this transport service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the GPS tracking gave us peace of mind during the trip. It was clear they truly cared about the puppy — she was held, comforted, and loved on the whole way. Monica was absolutely AMAZING & went above and beyond the call of duty. There were many flight issues/ cancellations/ changes due to weather and other uncontrollable circumstances. She was willing to do whatever it took to get my puppy home! Thank you so so much!!

Travel Nanny was amazing! They drove all the way from Lubbock, Texas, to Elk City, Oklahoma to pick up my baby dog, and then safely transported them to Liberty, Missouri. They communicated every step of the way, sending pictures, updates, and potty break details, and I could track their progress in real time with Life360. They were professional, caring, and went above and beyond to make sure my little one was comfortable and safe. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Marissa and her husband are keepers. I was so nervous about sending the large dog so far but they are incredibly professional couple with super sturdy and spacious van that I felt at peace when they took off. The dog immediately took to them and they did an incredible job keeping him comfortable and safe. Highly recommend them.

Everything went great! This was a three-day trip from California to Ohio, for my newly adopted shelter dog. On top of that, the shelter had just neutered him four days prior, so he needed a little extra attention. Rachel and her driver, Bill, were so very professional, kept me updated, sent tons of pictures throughout the journey, and shared their GPS location throughout. If I needed pet transport services again, I would definitely use them again.

Rachel and Thomas were so great getting our dog Andy from OK to NY. We got updates frequently the whole way. Thank you both so much!

This was the first time I used a service like this, so I was a bit nervous but Rachel immediately put me at ease. The drivers, Austin & Christie were in touch prior to pick, at time of pick up, and sent me pictures of my precious puppy during the trip as well. They arrived on time and were just fantastic. I need to tell you that we were beyond happy with Door to Door Pet Delivery Service. Rachel was so wonderful to talk to and i knew I would be using her service immediately when we spoke. We are a rescue in Crested butte, Co and needed to transport a wonderful, Large Malamute who is sight impaired to Tennessee. We needed him to get there quickly. No sooner did I arrange the service than I got a call from a driver who picked up Ugo Friday morning and got him to his new home in TN the next afternoon. Jordan was wonderful with Ugo and made the trip so comfortable for him. He sent pictures along the way and kept us posted. I am very pleased with this transport and our rescue will definitely use them many times in the future. AND the cost of a private transport was VERY fair.

Rachel was very quick in responding to my inquiry and subsequent communications. Pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, with our boy (Bodhi) arriving by late morning the next day as we had hoped. Cam, the transporter, kept me up to date on his ETA, and was pleasant during the brief drop-off. The entire process went very smoothly.

The booking is complete and I look forward to a good trip for my pet in a few weeks.

Answers questions and concerns promptly.

The driver was amazing and very kind but when I initially booked I asked if I would require anything additional in order to get the puppy across the border into Canada. I was told no, and that the fees where all inclusive. The driver was stopped at the border and was not allowed to cross. I had to then drive to the border at night and get him myself and pay additional fees and even though the pup wasn't delivered to my door as promised I was still charged the same amount.

Transportation, by Jesse went very well. I do feel the need to offer feedback on opportunities for Door To Door, and Rachel. Unfortunately, Rachel made commitments to follow up on two occasions and never did. This does not foster confidence, especially when you're entrusting someone with your new puppy. If you say you'll do something, do it. Also, Rachel wanted to set up a text conference to gain agreement from all parties, (me, the breeder, Jesse [transporter], and herself, on next steps. She invited the breeder and myself, then we waited 20 minutes on the call for the driver to join. You don't make customers wait!!! She should have invited her driver first, THEN invite the breeder and myself so the customer doesn't have to wait. This is business 101. You only get ONE chance to make a goof first impression. Unfortunately, I cannot offer good feedback for Rachel. The driver, Jesse, understood effective communication, updating me throughout the trip. I do not like to give this type of feedback. But you can't fix a problem, if you don't know what the problem is. I'd be very surprised, if my feedback was the first like this, or the last.

Great service and communication!

Rachel was very quick in responding and accommodating to a pet transport from MA during holidays from my fiancés deceased mother's house and cat has been left behind unintentionally after family members moved out. However, would've liked more updates during pet transportation to know how cat was doing as asked before departure. Pet SUV wouldve provided more room to pets during the long ride. But, otherwise quick transport in emergency situation.
Would recommend to friends and families needing pet transportation.

I am extremely disappointed. My appointment was for this morning at 8am for pickup. Sarah confirmed that I was back on the schedule. However, we've been calling and texting all morning with no answer for an hour. This is terrible and now I have to tell my son that the dog won't be arriving today as planned.
