75 minutes of follow up calls in up to 5 sessions of about 15/20 minutes each during the 90 day support period

This is not a behavior consultation as such, instead it is a quick inquiry to discuss your concern, and to learn about the possible prospects for improvement. The call can be audio or video on the petworks platform or a phone call. There is no written report given (please take notes!) and I don't offer follow up support - it's a one and done call! You are always free to book a consultation afterward and if you book a consultation within 3 days of the call I'll apply a $50 credit.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. Petworks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Stephen accepts your booking offer. Stephen needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Stephen declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
Refund Policy - Stephen Quandt

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 24 hours to 1 days before the scheduled service will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
