SCHEDULING

Upon accepting your booking, Shayna will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellations made 14 to -1 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.

• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel.
• If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund.
• If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Shayna accepts your booking offer. Shayna needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Shayna declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
