• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 75% refund. 25% deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, as it reserves dedicated studio time and covers early administration costs Revision & Approval Process To ensure you love your final piece, the studio utilizes a proofing phase: • A digital preview or sketch will be sent to you at different phases of the painting prior to final completion. • Your purchase includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions at this stage. Requesting revisions outside the scope of the original reference photo may incur additional fees. • We cannot replicate details that were not visible in a blurry or poorly lit photo. • Once you explicitly approve the proof, the portrait will be finalized and shipped. No changes, modifications, or refunds can be issued after your final approval. Shipping Policy: Flat-Rate Shipping $20/25 within Canada/USA. International TBD. Customs and Duties Liability: buyers are responsible for any border custom fees, import duties, or local taxes. Great care is taken to package your artwork securely. However, if your portrait arrives damaged: • You must notify the studio via email within [48 hours] of delivery. • Please attach clear photographs of both the damaged item and the original packaging. • Valid damage claims will be resolved by providing a replacement portrait at no extra cost. Because the item is custom, cash refunds are not offered for shipping damage. Dissatisfaction Upon Delivery • If you are unhappy with your physical portrait despite approving the digital proof, refunds will not be given. • The studio relies strictly on the preview approval step to ensure satisfaction before the physical product is completed. Materials and Quality Policy • Physical artwork or prints may look slightly different in person compared to a bright, backlit smartphone screen. • Level of detail in the portrait relies heavily on the quality of the reference photo which is uploaded. • Kindly avoid holding paintings in a humid bathroom or under direct sunlight and it fades or warps, this action waives studio's liability.
