Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Rachael accepts your booking offer. Rachael needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Rachael declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.

You may qualify for a full refund when the cancellation is through no fault of your own (for example, if the pet pro cancels).
