Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. Petworks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Brittany accepts your booking offer. Brittany needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Brittany declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.

Refund Policy - Brittany Manolias

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 24 hours to 6 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
