Upon accepting your booking, Christine will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Christine needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Christine declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
