My name is Nicole McBride, and I offer dog training and canine behavior modification group classes in the Skippack area, as well as private sessions, all over Southeast Pennsylvania.
Throughout my life, my love for animals has been unwavering. At home, I share my space with a Chesapeake Bay Retriever named Hannah Boden, along with Rottweilers Barrett and Kimber, and a Rottie mix named Dozer. Over time, I've welcomed various breeds into my life, including a chocolate lab, a border collie mix, a yellow lab, and a standard poodle. My passion for helping animals extends beyond my household—I've fostered more than 180 dogs of different breeds for local rescues. Currently, I dedicate my time as a volunteer and Board Member for Home At Last Dog Rescue in North Wales, PA.
My professional journey with animals began in 1992, and by 1995, I ventured into training. Serving as the Program Director at a prominent service dog organization until 2002, I refined my training techniques and developed my unique style. Concurrently, I held roles as Coordinator and Spokesperson for Assistance Dogs International. In 2002, I established Woofs of Wisdom.
I'm among the 350 trainers in the US certified by The National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors. Additionally, I hold a certificate in Animal Science.
