Hi there! My name is Hillary and I am the owner of Pet Stops. My service area includes Oak Lawn, Uptown, Highland Park, and Knox/Henderson. I offer dog walking, in-your-home pet sitting, and pet taxi services. I have 12+ years of experience in pet care, am certified in Pet First Aid & CPR, and am insured through Pet Sitters Associates. My background in pet care began in 2008 with my first job at a boarding, grooming, and veterinary facility. I remained working there throughout high school and college, gaining experience and knowledge related to general pet health and care, symptoms and treatment of common illnesses, feeding, correct handling, and administering medications among other activities. Following two years of teaching, I realized that I was deeply passionate about pet care and began working as a full-time dog walker and pet sitter. In June of 2017, I started Pet Stops. My ultimate goal is to provide peace of mind for you, whether you’re away on vacation or have a long shift at work, and to bring loving care to your pets at home.
