Kim was very caring. She did her best at trying to help find our dog. If there is no trail to follow there isn’t anything she can do. First pet psychic session so I didn't know what to expect. She was very professional and explained the process, asking to answer any of my questions. No real breakthroughs but I do feel that I understand Honey better than before the call. Interesting feedback about myself and my future.

It was a little aggressive and I was called the wrong name (Emily) a few times. I felt called out, cornered and not comforted at all. I appreciate the information but wish it would’ve been delivered in a more compassionate manner.

The goal was to see what I could do to help my two dogs get along (they used to, then all of the sudden they weren't). She was a kind person but wrong on multiple things (such as the past and present) and that made me lack confidence in the answers to future questions.
