Very comforting but perhaps a little less evidence of survival than I'd hoped

Melissa tuned in to each of our three cats and helped us understand what their conflicts with each other are. She explained what they want from us and from each other and gave us some solid strategies for helping them work through their difficulties.

Helped validate some of my concerns with what was going on with my pet. I have new items to take to the vet to see if it helps.

It was helpful. Melissa knew the name of my dog's best buddy and things about the furniture at the sitter's house without any hints. She really was communicating with my dog. Yes it was helpful.

I just re-listened to the conversation,2 months later, and its a little upsetting how much of the conversation was more educational and anecdotal. She was very kind; however, she offered a lot of stories about how she interacts with her dog and stories of past clients- which I felt like took up valuable time, but did not pertain to my dogs. Less than 3 months after this conversation, my dog got diagnosed with oral melanoma, not saying that should have been predicted, but just makes me wonder. A lot of fluff and general statements that could really be applied to any dogs. "Does she have a favorite toy?" "Yes, a rope" "oh yea she told me that"...OK. I had higher hopes for this. Its nice for peace of mind though.

Very inaccurate and was very generic with her answers. Waste of money.

Melissa was very nice but there was minimal conversation about Nellie. Just a thing or two but Melissa talked about other clients and her own experiences. She was very kind but wasn’t helpful in the way I hoped. She was also going to communicate with my other dog Reagan but ran out of time. By the time she asked if I had other questions she was occupied with her next call. I am bummed but it is what it is.
