Hello! I am the owner of LC Pet Care and would love a chance to get to know you and your pets and provide you with the quality pet care services you need. I am a full time Certified Veterinary Technican and also a full time student at Carroll University, where I am completing my Bachelor's degree in Animal Behavior to further expand the services I can provide my clients. Below is a list of the current services I provide:

--Initial Client Consultation, Free - At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service. This will also give your pet/s time to get aquainted to me.

--Dog Walking, $15 - Dog walking services are 7 days a week beginning at 7 AM. These walks are 30 minutes long on an established route created by the pet owner or pet sitter. A maximum of 3 dogs may be walked at once; these dogs must be housemates or well socialized with each other. Basic training and walking manners may take place during the walk. If the weather is not permitting, I will provide indoor exercise and enrichment.

--Stop In Visit, $25 - These may be scheduled 2-3 times a day. During these visits I provide basic care and socialization. These tasks may include, but are not limited to - feeding, replenishing water, medicating, basic grooming (brushing), litterbox change, exercise, treats, and lots of love. Cats typically require one visit.

--Extended Visit, $40 - This service provides in-home care during the daytime only for up to 8 hours. Care may include all tasks similar to stop-in visits, one dog walk, senior pet mobility exercises, multiple medication times, oral care, bringing in the mail, setting out trash, watering the plants, etc.

--Overnight Stay, $60 - My most popular service. Includes everything an extended visit will, but I stay in the client’s home overnight and continue to provide care to all pets. Morning cares will take place before I leave the following day.

PetWorks Cancellation Policy Pet Care Professional's Own Policy If a pet care professional has published their own cancellation or refund policy, that policy governs the refund of the service amount only. Any PetWorks fees, including the Care Coverage Fee and Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee, are governed by this PetWorks Cancellation Policy and not by the pet care professional's policy. Pet Parent Cancels If the pet care professional has not published their own cancellation policy, the service amount is refundable only if the pet parent cancels at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the booking. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable for the service amount. The Care Coverage Fee is non-refundable when a pet parent cancels, regardless of timing and regardless of whether the pet care professional has their own cancellation policy. Pet Parent No-Show If a pet parent does not show up for a confirmed booking, no refund will be issued for the service amount or the Care Coverage Fee. Pet Care Professional Cancels If a pet care professional cancels a confirmed booking, the pet parent receives a 100% refund of everything they paid, including the Care Coverage Fee. The pet care professional receives no payment for the canceled service and is charged a Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee equal to 10% of the service amount, up to a maximum of $150. PetWorks may collect this fee by deducting it from a future payout through PetWorks or by other means if no future payout is available. Policy in Effect at Booking The cancellation rules that apply to a booking, including any pet care professional cancellation policy on file and the Pet Care Professional Cancellation Fee rate, are those that were in effect when the booking was confirmed.
