We’re FurDeLis Pet Transport — a family-run, USDA-registered and insured pet transportation service proudly delivering pets nationwide since 2019. Even though this PetWorks profile is new, our experience is anything but.

I’m Madigan Willis, part owner and scheduler, handling communication and logistics so our drivers can stay focused on the road and your pets. I am also a Texas VIP Specialist, offering solo and small-group transports for pets who need extra calm, comfort, or individualized attention. Jeff Polmanteer, my father. Who is part owner and our seasoned cross-country driver, spends 25–30 days a month traveling coast to coast and has been transporting pets full-time for seven years. As a family business, every transport matters deeply to us. 🧡👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

We operate a brand-new 2025 Ford Transit Tall/Extended Cargo Van 🚐💨 with a custom build-out design specifically crafted for animal safety and comfort. The van includes custom-built kennels, full 24/7 climate control with a backup battery unit, daily sanitization, and emergency supplies always onboard. We carry extra harnesses, leashes, and collars, and follow strict safety protocols — including double-leashing anytime a pet is outside the kennel. Safety is always our top priority. 🔒🐕

Over the years, we’ve transported pets of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. From goldfish to Golden Retrievers, cats, seniors, rescues, K9 working dogs, show dogs, anxious or shy pets, giant breeds, and special-needs companions — each one receives gentle handling, patience, and genuine love. Pets stay with the driver in pet-friendly hotels, or if resting at a travel center, they remain comfortably inside the climate-controlled van along with the driver, as our van is retrofitted with a bed. We clean kennels regularly, refresh water throughout the day, and provide plenty of potty breaks and stretch breaks. 🐱❤️🦮

Communication is a core part of our service. We open a direct line with you 1–2 days before pickup to review routines, personality, feeding schedules, and special needs. On the road, you’ll receive daily updates and photos (at least twice a day), accurate ETAs, and quick responses anytime you reach out. Our goal is for you to feel informed, connected, and confident every mile of your pet’s journey. 📸📱✨

To ensure safe and USDA-compliant travel, we require:
- Up-to-date shot records 🩺
- Health Certificate
- Pets must be at least 8 weeks old 🐾
- Medication instructions if needed

Once your bid is accepted, the process is simple and straightforward:
- We contact you by call or text (your preference)
- We discuss your pet’s needs and personality
- You receive an electronic transport contract and invoice
- Vet documents are submitted
- A 50% deposit secures your route

Final payment is due at delivery - We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and cash. 💳💵
