Family Dog Training by Pet Etiquette - Port St. Lucie, FL
Whether you’re wrangling a new puppy, an unruly adolescent, or learning that you can teach an old dog new tricks, our affordable, private pet obedience training programs are for you.
I have a very high success rate in helping Treasure Coast dog owners with advanced problem behaviors such as aggression and anxiety. Fearful, aggressive dogs become more relaxed and pushy dogs learn that the life is far more enjoyable when they cooperate with their owners. And I am equally successful with dogs that fall anywhere between those two extremes.
I truly love dogs and want the best for them and their owners. Your pet is precious to you and I appreciate your trust by allowing me to train your dog. I will do whatever it takes, within the confines of the class setting, to help your dog become a well mannered pet and I will never knowingly disappoint you.

What year did you begin serving pets?
How did you hone your craft?
I’ve spent 30 years training dogs and tried about every technique out there and I know what works and what doesn’t. Once I get the owner doing the right things, the dog usually starts improving immediately. If you need guidance training your Service Dog or Therapy dog, raising that new puppy up right, or assistance with naughty behaviors—I can help. My training methods and programs work and your dog can be a relaxed enjoyable companion.
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
Bad behaviors don't get better on their own. They usually get worse and that makes finding solutions more difficult.
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
While commands are important things for dogs to know, they may not be helpful to you in the long run. What is important, is how your dog behaves. No one ever took their dog to the shelter because the dog didn’t know how to “sit.” But millions of dogs are surrendered for biting the hand that feeds them, chewing the furniture, barking, soiling in the house…..There is no “one size fits all” solutions in behavior modification and problem solving, so I work with each dog individually, give you practical, clear cut solutions to bring about positive change, and work with you every step of the way
