What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Remember that animals feed off your energy. If you are nervous about them visiting a groomer (or going to the vet, dog park, etc), they will be just as nervous, if not more.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

Dogs have been apart of my life since I was born, and I truly love them.... that's why I chose this profession.
