How did you hone your craft?

I've contributed over 1200 hours as a Shelter Volunteer. For three years I operated a home-based Dog Daycare/Boarding Operation managing up to 10 dogs daily and 7 dogs overnight. All dogs were walked twice daily, and lived harmoniously, without incident. I commit myself daily to discovering and sharing the most up to date, practical, rewards-based techniques to share with my clients. .

What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?

Rather than focusing on the 'undesirable behavior', train a new more desirable, replacement behavior.

What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!

I love helping pet parents understand how their dogs communicate and learn.
