Even before my consult with Sonja, she helped aid in the transition of my goldendoodle and Aussiedoodle from Ollie’s to a raw feeding diet. During my consultation with her, she took her time, answered all my questions thoroughly and she is still helping me several months later when I have questions or concerns that arise in relevance to her scope of work - and even questions I may have that don’t fall directly in line with what she normally tends to. She has been prompt in her responses, thorough in her advice and she asks questions to ensure she gets the full picture before providing insight. She has truly been such a wonderful resource and my dogs are truly thriving! Their health has made a wonderful improvement due to their diet change and I have Sonja to thank for helping me know that exactly what and how to feed my two pups! I’m so thankful for her expertise.

Sonja worked with me to figure out the practicals for switching my 'sensitive' dogs to home made food. They are both 5 and they were slowly gaining weight. The vet said they had to go on a diet, but I had had so many challenges over the years getting them to eat certain foods or noticing them either rejecting or reacting to certain things. I was overwhelmed at the thought of knowing where to start. I was happy to cook their food (one was training as a therapy dog so we couldn't go raw) but I didn't have the knowledge to know how much of different types of meats or supplements to include. I did an online food sensitivity test for both of them and it confirmed both were sensitive to many main meats like beef and chicken and many other random items and veggies, most of which were in every processed dog food or treat you see in the stores. I asked a question on the Facebook page for advice and Sonja said she could help me! I sent her all the test details and their history over email and we had a Zoom meeting where she helped me come up with a game plan or 'recipe' for their foods. She also helped me work out quantities and weights which really helped me make it happen. They have now lost 11 and 14 1lbs respectively and of course seem to be enjoying their home made food! Sonja also helped me figure out alternative treats made from the meats they can have. I'm still experimenting a little but it's so good to know we are on the right track and heading in the right direction, thanks to Sonja!

I was lucky enough to find Sonja at Cleo’s Legacy through a Facebook group that I was following. I don’t know how the stars aligned for me to find her, but she has made an amazing difference in my pets’ lives. I have no words to describe the comfort that I have knowing that she is available to me when I have doubts about my dogs’ nutrition, or questions about what’s best for them and their health journey forward. Sonja is extremely knowledgeable and recommends the best products. I love the wealth of resources that she knows of. One of my dogs had terrible allergies, some liver issues, and pain issues. Sonja has been there through the whole process, helping me get my dog on the other side of pain, out of his itching from allergies and is helping him to thrive. I met Sonja through a Facebook group when asking a question regarding my dog's elbow dysplasia. Sonja reached out on the side asking more in-depth questions and providing some advice in regards to his sensitive stomach and supplements he was taking. Afterwards, she reached out many times just asking how my dog was going and answering any questions I asked. I started asking her questions about supplements which turned into flea and tick medicine which turned into nutritional questions about the raw feeding I was already doing. She truly has a passion for helping your dog and wants your dog to be the best they can be. I was raw feeding my dog prior to meeting Sonja, however, I wasn't comfortable with his meals being completely balanced. After working with her, I am so much more confident in the food I am giving him. I've switched around his supplements, adding more fish to his food and stopped feeding him chicken which we learned to be causing inflammation in his body.
