Emotional Freedom Techinque (EFT tapping) - Nationwide
EFT helps remove emotional stress from the body in the form of physical discomfort, behavioral issues or big emotions. It is the process of tapping on the 12 meridians at specific feel good points to relieve symptoms of a negative experience, body discomfort or address a behavioral concern by creating a balance in your energy system. EFT tapping is used to restore balance to a disrupted energy flow. This technique is very effective on people and animals. There are several alternative ways for tapping for animals that do not want tapping directly on their face/head. An initial animal communication session can be very powerful to provide the animal’s feelings on the situation to use in our script. In our session we will discuss the emotions, behavior, etc. and I will ask several questions to develop a personalized script. Many times the human will have emotional ties to the issue as well and it is very helpful to tap on both the animal and the human to help release the emotion. It is recommended to do 2-3 sessions a few days apart to allow emotional healing in between.
