We proudly serve Asheville, NC, and surrounding areas within a 45-minute radius, including Buncombe, Henderson, Haywood, Mitchell, Rutherford, and Yancey Counties.
Dr. Marchitelli earned her veterinary degree from Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. She spent the next decade practicing small animal medicine in Huntington, New York, before shifting her focus to veterinary hospice and palliative care in Asheville, North Carolina. For the past ten years, she has been the owner and medical director of 4 Paws Farewell, dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care. In 2019, she completed a Master of Science in Palliative Care in human medicine to further her expertise in hospice, palliative care, and euthanasia.
Outside of her work, she enjoys yoga and mountain biking with her husband and two dogs in the scenic landscapes of Western North Carolina.
