Telephone Consultation Format: once I get your pet’s history and vet records, including lab results and x-rays if possible, we’ll discuss any problems and or concerns you have for your pet. I will go over all of the data and decide what are the most important issues to focus on. Typical between 45 and 60 mins.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. Petworks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Jill accepts your booking offer. Jill needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Jill declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.

Refund Policy - Jill Todd

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
