Highly recommended! We enrolled Chance to Inception K9's Basic obedience course. Chance is a playful, fun-loving, high-energetic pup. Walking and taking him to public places (parks and such) was always a challenge. That is when we inquired with Brandon. From day 0 to graduation, Brandon showed utmost professionalism. He's accommodating and available for questions throughout the week. He understands life happens and schedules often change, we were able to reschedule appointments when we asked as long as you give him a heads up with an appropriate amount of time. That shows flexibility. He is friendly and listened to what issues and concerns we had throughout our training, and offered alternative ways to help improve the issues we were having.
