Extremely satisfied. Terry had excellent communication, and even though my dog was nervous at first, she eventually settled down and gave Terry lots of affection when he dropped her off. We are so appreciative and thankful for his professional service. Would recommend to anyone needing this type of transportation.

My driver was amazing!! Terry communicated and sent videos! It was snowing, so he focused on the road and notified me when he stopped. His daughter was with him and helped on potty breaks and while he cleaned the crate after my Cavapoo got car sick and messed in the crate. It was about a 5-6 hour ride. I was so pleased with the driver! Friendly, caring and professional!!
