Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Eileen accepts your booking offer. Eileen needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Eileen declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.

Refund Policy - Eileen Backman

This pet pro hasn't published a custom refund policy yet. If you need to cancel, request it from the booking conversation. PetWorks support will review based on timing and circumstances. You may qualify for a full refund when the cancellation is through no fault of your own (for example, if the pet pro cancels).
