After booking a session, Annie will email you to set up a time for a short phone call to learn about your companion, answer your questions and set up a time for the session.

Upon accepting your booking, Annie will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 24 hours to 6 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Annie accepts your booking offer. Annie needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Annie declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
