Upon accepting your booking, Reinier will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 24 hours to 1 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund. Custom Commission Policy: Production begins within 24–48 hours of booking. Cancellations requested before materials and studio work begin (within 48 hours) receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made once painting has commenced receive a 50% refund to cover studio time and custom supplies. Due to the personalized nature of custom art, completed or shipped portraits are strictly non-refundable. A high-resolution digital proof is sent prior to shipping to ensure satisfaction. In the rare event of transit damage, notify within 48 hours of delivery with photos for carrier claim assistance.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Reinier accepts your booking offer. Reinier needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Reinier declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
