Recommended for pet parents who: want to prepare a home diet for their pet(s); multiple pet households; or a pet with chronic health issues (allergies, diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, IBD, digestive issues, etc). If you have exhausted your options or are sick of your pet being sick from a veterinary prescribed diet, this is for you. A questionnaire will be sent upon booking to gather vital health and diet history of your pet. A written nutrition report with one to two tailored recipes (raw or cooked) will be given upon completed consultation. CONSULTS & REPORTS ARE DONE VIA EMAIL.

Sarah is not a Veterinarian or a Veterinary Nutritionist. Your pet will be supported nutritionally for optimal health and well-being.
