Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. Petworks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Donna accepts your booking offer. Donna needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Donna declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.

Refund Policy - Donna Balletta

• Cancellations made 4 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 24 hours to 3 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
