SCHEDULING
Upon accepting your booking, Cheryl will reach out to you to arrange for the scheduling of your service/session. In the unlikely event that your service cannot be scheduled, rest assured that you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a 75% refund. • Cancellations made 72 hours to 13 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
• Care Coverage is non-refundable when you cancel. • If you don't show up, the booking is not eligible for a refund. • If your pet care professional cancels, you'll receive a 100% refund, including Care Coverage.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. PetWorks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Cheryl accepts your booking offer. Cheryl needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Cheryl declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
