Has your pet been recently diagnosed with a disease? Or have then been diagnosed with multiple health concerns? If so, this consultation is for you!
**Note: you will need to email me your pet's medical records a few days prior to our consultations.

With this package, clients will receive:
1) A 1 hour phone consultation
2) A personalized home cooking plan for disease management (emailed)
3) Supplement recommendations for healing
4) Treat & chew review/recommendations
5) Environmental recommendations for health including an exercise plan
6) Integrative Veterinarian Therapy options that could help bring your pet's health back into balance.
7) A transition guide from your your pet's current diet to the new diet
8) 2 weeks of email/text support to make sure the plan is working for your pet!
