It was amazing to be able to connect with my furbaby in a way i couldn't before. We haven't "fixed" the issue, but i feel confident we are on a better path to get everything in a happy balance. Absolutely would recommend speaking with Peggy if you need to connect. I was surprised she wouldn't take payment until a connection could be made and that really made me feel like it wasn't just someone after my money. It was a very positive experience.
