Also, her follow-up email was very detailed and creative (she truly loves what she does and takes it seriously) we will be reaching back out.

If you are looking for a great cat behavior specialist, Laura is perfect. We book her for a in-person appointment for helping our senior cat and our new kitten get along. She was so knowledgeable, and every bit of advice made sense and started working right when we put in practice what we learned. She was very dedicated and enthusiastic, stayed with us for the full hour and maybe even more, making sure every box was checked about the needs of our cats and how to make improvements for sucess. She even gave us a bunch of new toys and treats! And after all of that, she sent us an extensive and VERY detailed email with a full written plan of everything we discussed in person, so we don’t forget what she said, and more. Step by step instructions, videos for examples and playlists for the cats! She even created a shopping wishlist with all the goodies she recommended according to her visit. Tons of options to choose from! I would even like to say that she understood our home style/decor and made sure the wishlist was a good fit.
We will be calling her if we ever encounter any issue in the future! No doubt!
