Gera was amazing to talk to. She was able to give me some very good information about my two dogs that helped me understand why they do certain things, what they need, and how I can help them feel more comfortable and happy. She has a very friendly, open personality and was so easy to talk to. And it was really fun to hear my dogs’s responses to her questions.
