The trainer Adelita was great with my dog Charm! She has done so much better at basic commands and walks. I took the beginner class and I was surprised how much she learned in such a short period of time. Adelita is INCREDIBLE. My puppy has become such a sweet, attentive, smart little guy - everyone is blown away by how well behaved and adjusted he is, and it's in a huge part due to Adelita! He's not even a year old and he's able to be an office pup already, and I cannot imagine this being achievable without Adelita's help. She trained me to understand his language better, and she gave me all the tools I need to keep his fundamentals sharp. Plus, she's SO kind and generous with her time and knowledge.
