Owned and Operated by Laura May with over 40 years in the pet industry. She had devoted her life to our furry friends. She was born and raised in Texas graduated from SWT state university. After receiving her BBA majoring in accounting it was not long before she reentered the pet industry. Attended grooming school and has attended many continuing education classes seminars and has taught many young groomers entering the grooming business. Wash and wag was purchased in 2008 and has grown from a one person business to as many as 5 groomers 2 bathers and receptionist. During our uncertain times in the world, employee shortages, low revenues, due to lack of labor, and forced closures, and High prices . And the property we have been renting and doing business on in Ingram has sold. Thus we are forced to move.
We are now making some changes i have decided to move shop to the house and conduct business as usual . We have converted guest house to a grooming shop. It is state of the art new equipment and soft water for bathing system. We can conduct business with a minimal amount of employees. We can accommodate early drop offs and after work pick ups with no problems. We will be available in those emergency situations . We do live on the other side of Kerrville.
