Virtual Pet Loss Grief Support - Nationwide
Chances are, you made your way here because you are grieving the loss of a beloved pet. Or, maybe you are facing the harsh reality of end-of-life and consumed by anticipatory grief. I've been where you are now. Whatever your current situation is as a pet parent, you have decided you need support. You may be feeling completely overwhelmed and alone, and like no one around you understands. Grief around pets can be a very isolating experience. I am here to tell you that your feelings are normal and valid. I am glad you found me.
When we lose a human, there is usually a built-in support system. When we lose a pet, we typically have to seek out that support system. I know because that was me. When we decide to open our heart and our home to a pet, we also set ourselves up for the inevitable heartbreak that comes with having to say goodbye to them. Choosing to give and to get the unconditional love of a pet comes at a cost that we can never really be prepared for.
WHAT MAKES ME QUALIFIED AND WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT:
I first started out as a general life coach in 2019. My difficult (and sometimes very dark) grief journey which began in 2022 is what led me to pursue additional training and change my business to pet loss support. This did not become a thought until the one-year anniversary of my dog Baci's passing, and it was only after I pursued various types of support for myself. I like to think Baci's death inspired a rebirth. I turned my pain into purpose and I am passionate about being the kind of support I wished I had and desperately needed. And while education is great, what makes me most equipped to help you is my personal experience with this type of love and this type of loss. I pride myself on my ability to actively listen, to connect with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, and have a keen understanding of the human/animal bond. In addition to giving your grief a voice, I want to give you hope. While it takes time, learning to move forward with your grief is possible. I am living proof that grief and gratitude can coexist.
What makes me different is how quickly I will respond to you. If you reach out to me, you will hear back from me within a few hours. And if you are looking for a 1:1 session, I will do my best to accommodate you in as little as 24 hours.
