We are a small foster based no-kill rescue. We help unwanted, love them & make them wanted again. We are their voice. They will be heard. We help find them the homes they deserve. We help educate the community on homeless & neglected over breeding.
After dedicating years to aiding, supporting, and collaborating with various rescues, fostering, and networking, we reached a pivotal moment—it was time for a change. My involvement in rescue work dates back to 2000, and throughout, I've witnessed numerous areas in dire need of assistance. Sadly, shelters are overwhelmed with homeless, neglected animals languishing in isolation, while irresponsible breeding exacerbates the problem. With over 22 years spent collaborating with rescues and shelters, the inception of TUFF DAWGS RESCUE on September 16, 2018, marked a turning point. Our mission is clear: to effect real change, one dog at a time. We aim to serve as their unwavering advocates, no matter the obstacles. The pressing reality is that countless homeless, forsaken dogs await loving homes, and we're determined to make a difference.
