If home brushing becomes challenging and leads to severe matting, we kindly step in to ensure a fresh start for your pet's healthy coat growth.

For senior pets dealing with anxiety or behavioral challenges due to age, please notify us beforehand. We aim to arrange "in and out" appointments for their comfort, minimizing their stay and, when necessary, appreciate the owner's presence to facilitate a smoother experience.

In cases of aggression, dogs displaying biting behavior due to behavioral issues are managed carefully. They may be scheduled as the last appointments of the day or require immediate pick-up for consultation with a veterinarian to ensure appropriate medication and subsequent grooming appointments.
