I hold a licensed therapist designation and boast extensive experience in the mental health domain. Over the years, I've effectively assisted hundreds, potentially thousands, confronting a diverse spectrum of challenges. My practice encompasses all age groups, though my primary expertise lies with adults and adolescents.

My academic journey commenced in 1995, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with dual minors in Sociology and English Language and Literature from Eastern Michigan University.

Continuing my educational pursuit, I earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 1999, achieving full clinical licensure by 2001.

Presently, I'm advancing my expertise by pursuing a specialized post-graduate certificate in Veterinary Social Work/Therapy through the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Additionally, I hold national certification by EMDRIA in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing).

My contributions have been recognized in various local media outlets, including publications, radio, and television appearances, often focusing on my specialized areas: Eating Disorders, Bullying, Grief and Loss, and Attention Deficit Disorders. Yet, my practice extends beyond these focal points, addressing a diverse array of concerns.
