Despite paying $440 for this service, the experience was profoundly disappointing and deeply distressing. The quality of service provided was extremely poor. Lindsay consistently appeared fatigued and disengaged, which did not reflect the level of professionalism or care one would reasonably expect.

The most troubling aspect occurred after my dog went missing. My dog passed away approximately two hours later. During this critical and heartbreaking time, Lindsay informed me that she was in contact with my dog and assured me that my dog was alive and well. She even provided the name of an individual who allegedly had my dog.

These statements gave me false hope while I was experiencing intense emotional pain. Learning afterward that my dog had already passed made this experience even more devastating. I feel that I was seriously misled and taken advantage of during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life.

This experience caused unnecessary emotional harm and does not reflect ethical or professional conduct. I believe this matter deserves serious attention and accountability.

Using that information exclusively, Lindsey identified the conditions under which our cat was located which included a stone wall, fallen branches, and a view of a white house with a window at its apex. After that information was provided by Lindsey, we furnished our address which subsequently allowed her to determine our lost cat’s geographic location and provide a map.
