How did you hone your craft?
We started in 2014 as a private ground transporter, over the years we have added in cabin nanny service and international pet relocation. We are constantly investing in our business, especially with animal handling education and best practices for safe and comfortable transport. In July of 2022, we took the IATA LAR Certification (International Air Transport Association, Live Animal Regulations), this is the same certification that airlines are required to have if they allow pets. The test is hard and the class is not cheap....but worth it!
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
Start crate training as early as possible, especially if you are planning to relocate your pet. Crates are not bad or punishment. Your pet will thank you for it because they will be comfortable in their "home" while traveling. Think of a crate for your pet like you would a car seat or seat belt.
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
As pet parents ourselves (4 dogs, 1 cat), we understand that our pets are our babies and our family. We try to approach pet relocation as if the pets are ours. How would we want our pets treated or handled? We talk to your pet, we spend time being a friendly face, not just a driver.
