I moved my dog, Chopper, from California to Melbourne, Australia, and Starwood made the entire process much less stressful. Our pet travel coordinator, Sarah, helped transport our Boston Terrier, from DC to London and was enormous help, including ensuring we had the proper kennel for our dog to travel, checking to make sure we made all the proper vet appointments and reviewing our paperwork before travel, talking directly with our vet about the type of tests and paperwork needed, booking our dog's travel, coordinating transportation to and from the airport, and continuous communication throughout the transport process. Our dog arrived to London looking completely content and healthy, which was the biggest relief.
