No one can know how painful it is for you. I am a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience.
Having someone to talk to and help you through your grief and pain can be very helpful.
There is no one sized fits all approach to dealing with grief. I can give you some tools to help you through it, as well as provide a nonjudgmental atmosphere for you to process your grief and struggles.
