Hey there! I'm Donna Willis (Owner). We are howlingly happy to introduce BridgingtheMiles4U. Based in Houston, TX, we're always on the move, traveling coast to coast about every two weeks, traveling 25-30 days a month. Home is on the road for Jeff, our driver, while I run all the business operations, so he can focus on the road and the pet passengers.

You may wonder, "How come your transport number is not as high as other transporters on this site?" GREAT question! It is because 95% of our customers come to us directly and not through a pay site.

As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on upholding the highest standards and adhering to USDA Rules and Regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets.

When you choose us, rest assured that we've considered every detail to ensure the comfort and safety of your pets throughout the journey. Our vehicles are well-maintained. We have policies, procedures, and contingency plans for all situations. Our drivers are skilled at navigating roads and weather, optimizing our routes.

We provide plenty of walks, potty breaks, and clean cages throughout the day/night. If our driver is in an area with a pet-friendly hotel, all pets go in the hotel room with the driver. The drivers sleep with the pet passengers if they sleep at a rest stop or Travel Center. We've invested in a Cargo Van to ensure the comfort and safety of our pet passengers, providing each pet with ample space.

What we and the USDA require for transport:
✅ Up to Date Shot records
✅ Health Travel Certificate from Vet - USDA APHIS 7001 Form
✅ Must be 8-weeks old at the time of Transport
✅ Vet medication instruction if medicine is required during travel

How the process goes:
✅ After accepting the bid - we will reach out to you via text/call (your preference)
✅ We will discuss your pet passenger(s) needs, personality, food, etc.
✅ A text/email will be sent with the transport contract to electronically sign
✅ Shot Records and Vet issued Certificate of Health (APHIS 7001 Form)
✅ A 50% deposit is made, with the final payment due upon delivery
(The deposit ensures your route is locked in with our driver)
✅ We accept all major credit cards, CashApp, Zelle and Cash accepted at drop-off
