My name is Ilana Sparrow and I am a certified reiki master teacher and intuitive healer with separate certifications in animal reiki and animal communication. Since early childhood, I've had a special connection with animals and a deep understanding of animal behavior. Animals have been my best friends and teachers, and I've been blessed with being able to communicate with them and to access medical intuition to know when something was wrong. I spent over seven years working for animal rights at a major not-for-profit, and am now thrilled to use my healing skills to help animals recover from mental, physical and emotional issues.
One of the most beautiful aspects of reiki is that it can do no harm--an animal will take from the reiki energy what it needs to heal at that moment. We all live in a world of energy, but animals are far more in touch with it than us humans, and generally respond very quickly and positively to reiki energy. I am passionate about reiki and wellness, and look forward to working with your animal companions! Additionally, I love to combine my animal healing and communication skills to further help my clients, although I'm happy to just do a reading (which always includes a body scan).

Animals have so much to teach us and tell us if we would only quiet ourselves enough to listen. Also, when you think you know what your animal is thinking, you probably do--you just have to learn to trust yourself.
