Since my ferret Elijah died, it's all I think about. I evaluate and judge everything I did since I brought him home. Everything is difficult; I miss him very much and have a lot of guilt over the way he died. It felt good to talk with someone about Elijah. She had some insights that helped me understand the way I feel. She's also provided resources to help me get through this difficult time. I appreciate that.
