Foundation Package

$150 Per Dog

My professional consultations provide an in-depth evaluation of your pet's overall well-being. I meticulously review medical records, bloodwork, diet, personality, emotional well-being, and more. These consultations are available virtually, so you can access my services from anywhere.

Includes:

- Thorough review of your dog's medical history

- Zoom meeting for additional questions, discussion of goals or concerns (30 minutes)

- A personalized wellness plan, including links to products/supplements, educational articles, referrals, a complete outline of my notes, our goals, and my recommendations.

- Follow-up email support for 6 weeks. Allow 24-48 hours for response.

Additional Support for Chronic Issues

$125 Per Dog

This package is added to our foundational support when more help is necessary.
This adds an additional 30-minute Zoom meeting and 6 weeks of additional email support. This package is not available without the Foundational Support Package.

Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. Petworks does not store your credit/debit card information. You'll be charged when Rachel accepts your booking offer. Rachel needs to accept your booking offer within three days. If Rachel declines, or does not respond, you will not be charged.
