US Pet Transport helped me move my boy Reese from Texas to Pennsylvania. All communication, photos, videos and reassurance along his travels was amazing. His driver, Quincy, made sure Reese was comfortable with him before they left on their adventure together. Quincy made sure as the pet momma I was comfortable with him leaving and reassured me of his travels. Getting the photos and videos from Quincy made me happy to see how comfortable Reese was with his walks and exploring on this big adventure. I can't help but recommend US Pet Transport to everyone.. Great experience. Kudos to the whole team, especially Quincy.

Well where do I begin... This company 5 stars don't make them justice this company runs on the million suns level. They were helpful, understanding and answered every question we had. From Bailey to Laura amazing people, amazing company. They made our transition flawless and stayed with us even after the delivery of our furry children. Trust me I call like a million times and every single time we were treated like royalty. I would recommend this company whole heartedly can't even think of one wrong thing to say about them. Even when their shipping company changed their schedules, Laura was there even referred us to a doggy sitter oh and please don't let me start about this amazing pet sitter we got videos and everything. Stevie and Laura were accommodating, communicative, and transparent from the beginning! We are extremely pleased with the service provided for our three adult dogs from Puerto Rico to Illinois! Not to mention how amazing Jill, our dog escort, was. She treated them as her own and kept us up to date on her progress and their status! I would recommend US pet to anyone and I would use them again if I had to!

US Pet Transport was amazing. They transferred my two boxers from Florida to Arizona. We lost our home during Hurricane Helene so they went to live with our daughter. The drivers drove straight thru. Stopped for potty breaks for the dogs every three hours. Sent photos and updates along the way. They treated my dogs like they would their own dogs. Now, 4 months later, US Pet Transport brought my two boxers back to me in Florida. We purchased a new home and Chris drove them to us. Chris was very attentive and loving to the dogs. When he arrived I could see how happy my dogs were in his company. I highly recommend US Pet Transport if you need to move your 4-legged babies.
