We absolutely love Alcala Pet Resort! My husband and I bring our golden retriever here for day training, and everything about the experience is top tier. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the grounds are clean and beautifully maintained, and they’re always accommodating if something unexpected comes up.
Most importantly, I have complete trust in their care—our pup is safe, happy, and genuinely excited every time we pull into the parking lot. Cydney, our trainer, has been amazing. She’s made such a noticeable difference in his impulse control, which has allowed us to include him in more of our everyday outings. We could go on forever about how great Alcala is. I love this place. I enrolled my shy guy into the day training program. He is half way through his first sessions and I am seeing amazing progress. The staff and trainers are super responsive. And I love how clean/secure the facilities are. I feel my little dude is in great hands. I appreciate how strict staff is with vaccines too!! Keeping our fur babies safe and healthy. My experience with Alcala has always been positive for both training and boarding. The staff is experienced, patient, and accommodating and I am always at ease when my pups are with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for their pet!
