Refund Policy

Set your refund policy that applies to all your listings. Create up to 3 refund rules that specify how much pet parents will receive back based on how far in advance they cancel their booking.

Example of what your refund policy could look like:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours to 6 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not receive a refund.
