Photographs need to be of high resolution and in focus. Face sizes must be large, ensuring eye shape and detail can be clearly seen. Photos must be taken in good, but not harsh lighting (eg not in direct sunlight, or in a darkened room). Lower quality photographs can be used - however, the better quality of photographs supplied, the better the likeness and detail of the drawing produced.
Portraits will usually be ready 2-5 weeks from when photographs and payment been received, but can be longer in busy periods. If purchasing for a special occasion, please let me know the date the portrait needs to be delivered by at the time of ordering.
